There are tons of ways to make these templates your own, but here are our 5 favorite ways you can edit the Restate Social templates as a real estate professional.

Use Your Own Professional Photos With Our Templates

This one might be a given, but using your own professional branding photos or property pictures in our templates is one of the best ways to customize our templates. It will help you stand out from the crowd since no one else will have those pictures!

Additionally, using your own photos helps make you credible, positions you as an expert, and makes you seem like a trustworthy, experienced agent. And that’s the kind of agent clients want to work with!

It’s easy to drag and drop your professional photos into our templates, or just use it on its own with one of our captions.

Change the Colors & Fonts

This easy switch is common but can make a big statement! Change colors and fonts (and use them consistently across all of your marketing materials) to create a brand image that’s easy to recognize and creates a cohesive look for all of our social media and marketing. It can be anything you want it to be- just make sure it’s an aesthetic you’ll want to stick with for awhile and it’s easy to read!

Change the Layouts

It may seem small, but switching up the layout on a template can make a big impact. It’s also a great way to add your own twist to templates, especially as you’re changing photos, colors, and fonts, and find a different take on the layout makes more visual sense.

Swap Out the Images

Similarly to using your own professional images, utilizing more unique stock images will help you stand out from the other real estate agents on social media. You can search through Canva (where we have our templates that you can customize), or you can purchase stock images elsewhere. You may even be able to use the images of others (like home renovators or interior designers) on Instagram if you give them credit. Bonus – they’ll probably share your post to their following when you use and tag that image!

Use Captions As a Reel

In addition to templates, we have lots of caption ideas available for our Restate Social members too. Some agents have even used these captions as prompts for their reels! They have even more of an impact in the snappy reels, and reels tend to boost you higher in Instagram’s algorithm. It’s a win-win!
