By the time that lead is ready to buy, sell, or invest, they’re already sold on you. There’s no longer the need to “prove yourself” to “win” their business. They’re ready and wanting to work with YOU!

You don’t need to go through the interview or listing presentation because they’ve already, essentially, been interviewing you in their heads the last 4-6 months.
