host a parade of open houses

There’s a couple of ways you can do this, you can showcase properties in a certain neighborhood or feature properties in different neighborhoods (within 15-20 minutes of each other) at a similar price point. Encourage buyers and neighbors to attend with different raffles or rewards at each stop.

  • Online Promotion: Create event page on website, advertise on social media, and send email invitations to client database.
  • Transportation: Arrange transportation for attendees (optional).
  • Signage: Place directional signs leading to each property.
  • Parking: Ensure adequate parking at each location or provide alternative instructions.

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Setup at First Property

10:00 AM – Event Kickoff

Welcome attendees at the first property.

Distribute event maps and property brochures.

Brief introduction and overview of the day’s schedule.

10:30 AM – 3:30 PM – Open House Tours

Participants visit each property at their own pace.
