May Event Ideas

Large Event idea:

Beginning of Summer Community BBQ

Host a community BBQ or picnic in a local park or recreation area, inviting current and prospective homeowners to mingle, socialize, and learn more from you about the real estate market in the area. Encourage people to bring their families by including some fun activities like face painting, a snow cone machine, crafts & games, and more – this gives them a reason to stay longer, and you the opportunity to connect with them.

Hire a local BBQ caterer or have food trucks show up so your guests are well-fed and happy to mingle! Consider hiring live music or having speakers set up so you can play music. Nobody wants to socialize in awkward silence!
