November Mailing Materials

Mail and physical marketing materials aren’t dead – they’re the perfect compliment to every digital marketing strategy. Sending marketing materials in the mail, passing them out at events or during door-knocking, or having them on-hand at an open house, helps you to elevate your brand, give more value to clients and leads, and increase your name and brand recognition.

POP-BY

“I’m so thankful for you!” Pop-By

Attach to a mini pumpkin pie, candle, or bag of caramel popcorn to stay top of mind with past clients and your sphere.

What You Need:

    • Small gifts (pie, candle, or popcorn)
    • Printed tags or cards
    • Ribbon/twine or small gift bags
    • Pen for a short handwritten note

Quick Assembly (5 steps)

    1. Print & prep tags — Add your name and contact info.
    2. Attach to gifts — Tie the tag with ribbon or twine.
    3. Plan your route — Choose 10–20 clients or neighbors.
    4. Drop by — Keep it friendly and short:
“Just wanted to drop this off and say I’m so thankful for you!”
    5. Follow up — Send a quick text a few days later to say you enjoyed seeing them.

💡 Pro Tip:

If you plan to make pop-bys a regular part of your marketing, track them in a spreadsheet or CRM. Note who you delivered to, what gift you gave, and when — that way you can rotate themes each season without repeating.
